Our First show! Well I would have to say i was really nervous. I can't believe we finally had a show. The show went great. I had a great time. We opened and in my opinion we did well. I know that there were a few things wrong and if i missed any please tell me. #1 Bass playing was off and too loud.#2 mic wasnt turned on during one of james songs and i had to improv sing punk rawk show.#3 Guitar was not loud enough.#4 Mike was hitting too hard on drums. thats it. then Hanus Anus played and did rather well. I didnt get to catch all the show though cuz i was loading up our equipment. Then The Latchkey kids played. They were very energetic and i loved the Sweater song. Then Bad Logic played. Everyone had left by then i could tell jimmy was upset about that because of the fight. Then Dysphoria played. I loved them. It kind of gave me a chance to recover from the other bands playing cuz i didnt have a headache after them. there music is peaceful in a hard sort of way. Then the band i had been waiting to hear all night came on stage. Honorable Mention. Id have to say they were my favorite band there. Happy is incredibly good on guitar and as is chris and joe on the drums and bass. there extremely funny and energetic, even after there 2 long days of recording non-stop. The show over all was great. We were the only band that i could tell with "Crowd Surfing" and Honorable Mention was the only band with a naked Chris F. running around. Thank you and good bye.

January 29, 2003,The Battle of the Bands. wow. Well Unspoken Truth opened. i gave josh a new e string. then came Honorable mention they did well and also won 2nd place. isnt that cool. then played hanus anus. i never got to hear them so they were a new band to me. they were so hilarious even under censors. then played the best band of the night, in my opinion, Dysphoria. They won people's choice award and 3rd place. thats got to be an honor. then came satellite affair. they played awesome. the acoustic guitarist was incredible. i wish i could play like that. then we played. boy! i dunno what to say. i only know of few things wrong.#1 couldnt hear james.#2 we got off key 3 times. i do believe that was all. all in all we did better than roundhouse. kudos to john francis for the incredible slam dancing during our set. then played bad logic. sorry guys i had a panic attack during your set. i fainted and stuff. i didnt get to hear you. sorry big time. then played the host band 8 miles to denver. they were incredible and energetic. very good. thats my review. thank you. next show if we have a next we will have more elaborate songs, more songs, and no covers. thank you for reading this.
